Bid any amount of $5 or more. The highest stake on the board holds #1, and the moment your bid clears above it, the seat is yours — there is no auction to win, no clock to wait out, and nobody has to approve it.

Bidding less than #1 is not a failed bid. It still puts you on the board at whatever place that money can take. Ties go to whoever got there first.

When someone outbids you off #1, 50% of your stake is returned immediately. You do not have to ask for it and there is no fee on it. It goes back to the card you paid with, and it leaves as soon as the seat changes hands.

The other 50% stays staked. That is what keeps you on the board — you are not removed, you move down. And because rank is nothing but the size of your stake, halving it is exactly what moves you: you land wherever 50% of your old bid can still reach.

You keep every click you earned while you held the seat, and the tenure is recorded permanently in the Hall.

Raise at any time from your management link and you pay only the difference between your current stake and your new one. There is no limit on how many times you can be outbid and bid back — each deposition returns 50% of whatever you were holding at that moment.

The board shows real money actually being held. That is the whole point: parking $4,000 is a different act from spending it, and the number on screen is always the real number. Every figure on the board — staked, returned, the lifetime total — is read straight out of the ledger.

Vacating is voluntary and separate from being outbid. Release from your management link and 90% of whatever you are still holding returns to your card within 5–10 business days; the remaining 10% keeps the lights on. If the board ever winds down, every stake is returned in full.

Any single payment is returnable for 60 days from the day it is made. After that it is kept and the listing leaves the board. This is not a penalty invented for its own sake — our payment processor will not return money against an order indefinitely, and we would rather close the position honestly than fail your refund on the day you ask for it.

You are emailed twice before the date, at day 45 and again at day 55, each time with a one-click link to vacate. Vacating and re-bidding starts a fresh window, so there is no cap on how long you can hold a rank — only on how long any one payment sits unreturned. The countdown is on your management page from the day you bid.

Getting sniped off #1 within 15 minutes of taking it stings. If that happens and you withdraw within the hour, the 10% release fee is waived entirely — so between the deposition return and the waived fee, all of it comes back. The waiver never applies after an ordinary tenure.

Every stretch holding #1 is recorded permanently: who held it, for how long, at what peak stake, with how many clicks. Former officeholders are ranked in the Hall by length of service — the one board nobody can buy their way onto.

8 placements run in marked rails either side of the ranked board, from $99 for 7 days. These are bought, not won. They carry no rank, cannot be outbid, and are labelled as ads with rel="sponsored" on the link.

A sponsorship is spent rather than held, so it earns no deposition return and is not refundable once it starts. It is also kept out of the board's figures entirely — the "staked" and "returned" totals count bids only, because counting money that was never returnable as returnable would make both numbers lie.

A slot taken down for conduct is refunded for the days it did not run. Buy a slot.

Outbound links carry rel="nofollow". Clicks are counted once per visitor per listing per hour, and we store only a daily-salted hash of your IP, never the address itself.

https only. Malware, scam, and adult destinations are blocked and force-refunded in full without fee. Anything headed for #1 may be reviewed before seating. Attempting to game click counts earns the same treatment: a full, non-negotiable refund and removal.
